Role Summary:Supervise structural installation and erection activities in beneficiation and assigned areas within the phosphoric acid plant. Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise steel erection, grouting, alignment, and welding.


  • Coordinate structural quality checks, NDT, and inspection schedule.


  • Ensure safe execution per HSE and engineering drawings.


  • Progress reporting to Construction Management lead.


Required Qualifications:


  • Relevant experience in structural supervision, especially mining/beneficiation for Phosphoric acid plant/ phosphate / fertilizer / petrochemical projects,


  • Familiar with large steel structures, crane operations, QA/QC procedures.


  • Strong leadership, HSE awareness, and blueprint reading skills.
