Key Responsibilities

1. Design and analyze structural systems for hospital projects and healthcare facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
2. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
3. Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction.
4. Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
5. Identify and mitigate structural risks throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and collaboration.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in hospital projects or healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic speaking is desired but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
