Job description

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in structural engineering activities for residential/housing projects, applying principles of civil and structural engineering.
  • Support on-site supervision to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines to help resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and maintaining records of construction activities.
  • Support design calculations, structural analysis, and preparation of technical documentation as required.
  • Contribute to the execution of site operations and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Provide support for precast concrete works, if applicable.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company and project Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential or housing projects.
