Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Structural/Civil Draftsman for a workshop recruitment campaign in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on preparing structural steel detailing and shop drawings using AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit, with experience in Aramco/SABIC/EPC projects preferred.

Requirements include 3–8 years of drafting experience, and knowledge of GA, fabrication, erection and assembly drawings, plus coordination with engineers and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in structural steel detailing and drafting.
• Experience in preparing detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco, SABIC and/or EPC projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel components, including warehouses, platforms, pipe racks, supports, stairs and ladders, handrails, base plates, bracing, and structural connections.
• Experience preparing GA, fabrication, erection, assembly and detailed shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating with structural engineers, fabrication and QA/QC teams.
• Candidates with Production / Manufacturing / Fabrication Workshop experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for structural steel detailing.
• Coordinate with engineers and fabrication teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Create GA, fabrication, erection and detailed shop drawings for construction
• Support QA/QC through drawing reviews and Redline coordination.
