The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Structural Engineer to join our Riyadh office. You will play a leading role in designing some of the most exciting and prestigious construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, across sectors including hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use developments, high-rise towers, complex structures, industrial, and residential projects. Our pipeline includes giga projects across the Kingdom and around the world.

You will take a senior leadership role within a team of expert engineers and technicians, working closely with colleagues from various disciplines to deliver technically excellent and profitable projects. You will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones to maximize satisfaction and ensure repeat business. Additionally, you will manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers, participate in bidding for new opportunities, and oversee the project and discipline commercial management of the structures department, acting as the structural lead for the Riyadh office.

The Skills

You are a chartered engineer (CEng or equivalent) with a degree (or equivalent) in structural or civil engineering. You have gained significant practical experience in the Middle East within a consultancy environment and possess advanced skills in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of the Saudi Building Codes, American, and International Building Codes is mandatory. You are proficient in report writing and presentation skills.

You have a portfolio demonstrating your quality and client-focused approach, with a proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and mentor less experienced engineers to exceed client expectations. You are passionate about creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.
