Strategy & Execution Senior Associate (Energy & Utilities)

Metyis is growing! We are seeking an experienced consultant with 4+ years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team in the Energy and Utilities sector, based in Riyadh.

What you will do

• You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners.
• Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, hold client interviews, develop analytical models, and derive business recommendations out of them to drive positive change in our clients.
• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.
• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops, and presentations to clients to share progress.
• You will receive thorough training (formal and ‘on-the-job’), continuous feedback, and close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.
• Over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

What you will bring

• B.A. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting and a background in the energy industry are a must.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals.
