Key Responsibilities

1. Advise clients on Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, Center of Excellence, digital process transformation, organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, and treasury operations.
2. Perform assessments and design of Shared Services, Target Operating Models, Governance and Interaction Models, and prepare for transitions and business case development.
3. Leverage GenAI and Agentic architectures to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct feasibility assessments, benchmarking, and propose transformation roadmaps.
5. Implement performance and continuous improvement measures.
6. Contribute to change impact assessments across business units.
7. Support business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal development.
