Join us as a Corporate Functions Associate in the Strategy & Business Development Department for our Middle East Team.

You‘ll make a difference by

  • Manage customer inquiries, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs) through Salesforce, ensuring prompt and efficient customer support.
  • Structure and process RFQs and POs received via customer portals, and route them to the appropriate business units.
  • Maintain and support business units’ access to both public and private customer portals, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Oversee Siemens’ vendor information across customer portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor prequalification processes between business units and support functions, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Initiate online license applications with the Saudi Convention & Exhibition General Authority (SCEGA) for company events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to executive management and the Strategy & Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of departmental asset inventory.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed.

Your success is grounded in

  • Recent Graduate from Business or Technical Studies.
  • Experience working in complex matrix organization.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • General understanding of sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
