ROLE OVERVIEW

The Strategy & Business Operations Director will lead the Trojena Strategy functions, drive operational excellence across diverse global environments, oversee large-scale transformation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and navigate complex business challenges in both public and private sectors.

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 12+ years in the construction industry, with at least 7+ years in senior management roles involving project management and strategy.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in the Gulf Region.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost management.
  • Expertise in organizational transformation and change management.
  • Regulatory knowledge relevant to the industry.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategies into actionable insights and foster relationships.
  • Experience in growing business through partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry.
  • Experience in digital transformation or major operational shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
  • MBA preferred.
