Job Responsibilities

To support the development of strategy and long-term business plans of the Organization by tracking implementation performance with the objective of achieving successful project milestones in accordance with the firm's strategy.

  1. Oversee the development of the company's strategy and long-term plan.
  2. Develop a list of strategic initiatives and finalize company-level KPIs with desired targets.
  3. Coordinate with the Company Board of Directors and CEO for selecting appropriate projects under special projects, gathering clear directions, and obtaining final approval on the company's overall strategy.
  4. Review departmental operating plans and provide recommendations and changes to ensure proper implementation.
  5. Supervise the planning, development, and execution of special projects, highlighting deviations from initial plans to guarantee expected outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with directors in other divisions to identify initiatives required to meet future business demands.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on the Development and Performance directorate's progress and outputs to relevant stakeholders in line with reporting requirements.
  8. Manage the Development and Performance directorate's budgeting cycle and contribute to the overall budgeting process for special projects.
  9. Review the effectiveness of the directorate with respect to budget utilization, reporting progress and challenges accurately.
  10. Formulate initiatives that result in positive financial impacts and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  11. Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls for the Development and Performance directorate, ensuring compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering high-quality, cost-effective results.
  12. Lead continuous improvement efforts in the department's systems, processes, and practices, considering leading practices, international standards, and changing business environments.
  13. Oversee the development and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other functions as needed.
  14. Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, risk management rules, and regulations.
  15. Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to top management.
  16. Establish a high-performance working environment.

Knowledge and Experience

8+ years of experience, preferably in a technology product organization, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent is required.
