• Assist in the development of NERA’s overall strategy, including its vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, and goals.
• Support the definition of strategic initiatives that drive the execution of the strategic plan.
• Communicate strategy and initiatives across departments and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and report on departmental progress.
Data Collation and Reporting:
• Gather data to support strategic assessments using tools like SWOT, PESTLE, and stakeholder analysis.
• Prepare progress reports on the implementation of NERA’s strategy, objectives, and goals.
• Maintain NERA’s strategic planning framework, including processes, templates, and timelines.
• Assist in developing comprehensive reports on strategy execution.
Policies, Processes, and Procedures:
• Conduct daily operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and adapting to business changes.
