Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive occupancy planning, space management, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate; at least 2 years in a lead/senior role; KSA/GCC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM; advanced Excel and Power BI; AutoCAD/Revit advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead occupancy planning and space management for the client account in KSA.
• Coordinate with Technology Team on deployment and optimization of the MREF Platform Module for Occupancy & Space Management.
• Establish space budgets, test fits, and plan for future growth across portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated insights for space decisions.
• Monitor occupancy metrics and produce data-driven insights for leadership.
