Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track committed, actual, and forecast costs against the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and variance analysis for management.
• Support earned value management calculations and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to verify cost data accuracy.
• Assist in monthly cost reports for client/management review.
• Identify cost risks and escalate to the Project Control Manager.
• Support close-out cost reconciliation and final account preparation.
