Job description

1. Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Strategic Business Development manager will be responsible for:
  2. Developing and executing strategic business growth initiatives to drive revenue, market expansion, and long-term partnerships.
  3. Identifying and evaluating high-impact business opportunities, conducting internal due diligence, and providing strategic recommendations.
  4. Forging key partnerships with banks, government entities, corporate organizations, and foundations to expand the company's market influence.
  5. Driving high-level engagements with HR and Marketing professionals, presenting innovative and disruptive business solutions.
  6. Analyzing industry trends and customer insights, providing strategic direction to senior leadership, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  7. Overseeing the proposal response process, including RFP management, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams.
  8. Leading business pitches and negotiations, ensuring the successful execution of strategic partnerships.
  9. Developing and optimizing the company’s outbound sales and business development strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  10. Building and managing high-performing business development teams, enhancing their skills and aligning them with strategic goals.
  11. Innovating and expanding product offerings, including introducing new gift card brands and features to enhance the business model.
  12. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring key partners are informed about business developments and strategic moves.
  13. Representing the company at key networking events, ensuring brand visibility and strategic positioning within the industry.
2. Key Internal Working Relationships:
  1. Close collaboration with Growth, Finance, CX, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years experience in strategic business development, sales, and partnership management.
  2. Deep understanding of loyalty and reward programs (preferred).
  3. Experience in the events and experiences industry in Saudi (preferred).
  4. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  5. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the senior leadership level.
  6. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time.
  7. Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
