Strategic Account Manager, HS&P - KSA

Purpose Statement
Devise and implement successful sales strategies and build relationships with influential clinical, administrative and economic decision-makers within targeted groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitation of contract negotiations involving all company products
  2. Create a compete bundle of product and value-add services
  3. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and develops sales strategies to accommodate the goals of the company
  4. Monitor reimbursement trends in the country, developing and executing the approach to include and maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system.
  5. Help define negotiation parameters for tough economically constrained customer situations
  6. Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from suppliers, HMO and others to challenge, modify and prioritize country strategy
  7. Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on country sales activities
  8. Contracts follow up
Must Haves
  1. Advanced Education Degree (Masters)
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Project/program management skills in healthcare
  4. Relationship building/customer engagement skills (C-level)
