Role: Store Supervisor

To manage and oversee the operations of the store, ensuring effective inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Accountability Areas

Inventory Management and Control:

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of store transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.

Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and other relevant store activities.

Order Management and Procurement:

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to order and restock materials as needed.

Ensure timely receipt and proper storage of materials.

Team Supervision and Training:

Supervise store staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.

Train new staff and ensure the team is updated on best practices in store management.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures within the store.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Work Location: The ideal candidate will work on a construction site.

System Knowledge:

Must have knowledge of SAP and WMS for inventory control and stock management.
