Experience: Looking for candidates with Supermarket and Hypermarket Retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
2. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
3. Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.
