This is your opportunity to become a core part of Ons Retail team and take on the responsibility to lead On's first location in Riyadh-Kingdom Center.

This store is our first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the first for On in the Middle East!

On will rely on you to help co-define the store operation processes ahead of the opening, including supporting our Talent team in hiring a team of service-minded Sales Advisors who will run the store daily under your leadership.

Once open, you will oversee the store’s overall performance and ensure exceptional customer service daily. Your responsibilities include managing store operations (inventory, IT systems, customer flow), internal team management, and external partnerships (e.g., community building).

As a young consumer brand, On store is fast-paced. You will work with your store team, leadership, and the global DTC Retail team to revolutionize retail and deliver the WOW factor to customers daily.

Your mission:

  • Embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions.
  • Hire and manage schedules for all store advisors, collaborating with Human Capital for talent management, onboarding, performance, training, and career development.
  • Establish external partnerships to enhance community engagement.
  • Create and monitor business drivers and KPIs for store performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, Back-of-House (BoH), and Front-of-House (FoH) operations for excellent customer service.
  • Support piloting, innovation, and implementation of new retail solutions.
  • Execute product strategies and collaborate with sales planning and retail marketing to optimize sales and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure store compliance with brand standards and company policies.

Your story:

  • 3+ years of retail experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to maintaining an outstanding store condition.
  • Ability to multitask, be attentive to customers, and adapt to business needs.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Cegid, SAP Retail, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
