An iconic luxury fashion brand is seeking a Store Manager in Khobar, an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be effectively running the boutique, ensuring maximum profitability and productivity. You will be an inspiring and motivating leader and coach, developing the store team to higher performance. You will identify new business opportunities and implement actions to ensure your store meets sales targets and minimises stock loss and store operating costs.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented while also proposing improvement actions.
  • Monitor the shop floor and support the daily operations.
  • Coach and develop the team, also ensuring that the team is fully trained and understands the company systems relating to point of sale and cash handling/stock loss control.
  • Intensive training in product knowledge and daily briefing to the team.
  • Excel at impactful visual merchandising and contribute to store appearance.
  • Build customer loyalty by using clienteling methods to understand customer behaviour and retention.
  • Collaborate with PR and work with fashion consultants in support of VIP customers.
  • Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the team.
  • Maintain a leadership presence on the sales floor.
  • Solution-oriented. Address problems proactively and provide potential solutions.
  • Responsible for the success and results of all areas of the business.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of speciality luxury retail experience.

Required Skills

  • Existing International Clientele network.
  • Experience in managing VIP client events.
  • Demonstrated the ability to drive sales and grow the business.
  • People management.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically the RTW product division.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Mac, and the ability to use a digital point-of-sale system.
