Context and Purpose of the job

The Store Manager acts as the owner of the business, representing the brand and leading the store to achieve overall performance goals. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor and supporting all activities to meet store targets. The Store Manager leads and coaches the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Management: Drive and maximize sales, develop business plans, and exceed KPIs. Represent the company locally, attract new clients, build loyalty, and promote Omni Channel development. Control store expenses to meet the operating budget.
  2. Customer Focus: Ensure a client-centric approach by maintaining strong client relationships and guaranteeing high client satisfaction and service. Implement clienteling initiatives and foster a culture of private appointments.
  3. Team Leadership: Promote a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, market trends, and company policies. Recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  4. Retail Operations: Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams. Ensure attractive product displays, participate in buying sessions, and enforce company procedures on cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
