Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring KPIs, maintaining store standards, and executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Lead and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Drive store profitability through effective sales and operational strategies.

Supervise and motivate the in-store team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Monitor KPIs such as footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and stock turnover.

Ensure visual merchandising, store layout, and product displays meet brand standards.

Manage inventory levels, shrinkage control, and stock replenishment.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Conduct regular team training, performance reviews, and staff development.

Implement loss prevention procedures and adhere to company policies.

Liaise with head office departments for marketing, HR, logistics, and finance coordination.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail store management.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage large teams.

Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & POS systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field preferred.

Arabic language skills are a plus (especially for KSA-based roles).
