Job description

The Opportunity: Red Cactus is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a series of pop-up shops in KSA and our first luxury beauty store in Riyadh.

Taking pride in coaching and developing frontline teams, the Store Manager will focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for overall performance, recruitment, operational management, inventory management, and creating an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management. They will be an ambitious leader capable of developing high-performing and happy teams by helping others reach their full potential.

The Role:
  • Full-time in-store presence is required for Store Manager excellence.
  • Recruitment of best-in-class team members who will deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and KPIs aligned with the brand’s vision. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to maximize stock potential.
  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer satisfaction through regular coaching.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on sales leadership approach by being active on the sales floor.
  • Maintain staffing levels to meet operational needs, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Account for seasonal peaks and activities when preparing forecasts and staff rotas.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events through communication with regional management.
  • Manage store inventory and stock levels to meet operational guidelines.
  • Maintain operational excellence in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.
The Candidate:
  • Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  • Extensive experience with customer service, sales targets, and KPIs.
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with business acumen.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
