Job description

Scope of the position :

  • Achieve store sales budget
  • Lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating excellent client experience
  • Perform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departments
  • Ensure client satisfaction, support Sales Staff to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability, and ensure compliance with company procedures within a store facility
  • Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace

Key Accountabilities

  1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability
  2. Prepare and analyze monthly store performance, reporting current business trends, and competitor performance to ensure business growth
  3. Analyze store KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards
  4. Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments
  5. Achieve monthly targets by implementing top client strategies to retain and develop high-potential clients
  6. Manage stock levels through communication with relevant departments to maximize full-price selling and align with product launches
  7. Participate in the Corporate review process for Sales Staff
  8. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with Sales Staff to review performance and provide feedback
  9. Develop managerial competencies of the Sales Manager role through coaching and performance reviews
  10. Create and implement development plans for all employees
  11. Facilitate collaboration between the store and Corporate departments to comply with DG policies and procedures
  12. Motivate Staff to deliver the highest level of client service
  13. Maintain organization of company assets for both Back of House (BoH) and Front of House (FoH) according to guidelines, with each ASM responsible for specific business lines and team hierarchy
  14. Define accurate schedules and zoning based on traffic and peak hours, ensuring adequate coverage and timely payroll submission
  15. Lead daily store meetings to communicate business trends, updates, and motivate staff
  16. Demonstrate sales leadership through active client engagement and brand promotion on the shop floor
  17. Monitor and report on monthly CRM data to support initiatives and develop client opportunities
  18. Train and develop store Staff on brand pillars and seasonal strategies, collaborating with internal departments for product knowledge
  19. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and retaining high-performing team members
  20. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires
  21. Assist in monitoring store expenses and maintaining the operating budget, aiming to reduce costs
  22. Oversee processing of merchandise requests, shipments, and related logs
  23. Implement and execute all company initiatives within the store
  24. Support and maintain Visual Merchandising standards
  25. Oversee inventory control
  26. Perform other duties as assigned
