Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our luxury fragrance boutiques. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury retail, exceptional customer service standards, and proven experience in managing high-performing teams. This role requires a passion for fragrances, attention to detail, and the ability to drive sales while upholding the brand's prestige and excellence.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and brand-compliant execution.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to maximize business opportunities and implement action plans.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to ensure a high level of team engagement and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Ensure each customer receives a personalized, world-class shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high-value clients.
- Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment processes.
- Monitor shrinkage and ensure proper implementation of loss prevention procedures.
- Submit timely sales, staff, and operations reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, including grooming standards, store hygiene, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the fragrance/Beauty industry, with at least 3 years in a store management role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for fragrances and understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Experience with inventory management and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of fragrance products and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
