Job description

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our luxury fragrance boutiques. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury retail, exceptional customer service standards, and proven experience in managing high-performing teams. This role requires a passion for fragrances, attention to detail, and the ability to drive sales while upholding the brand's prestige and excellence.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and brand-compliant execution.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to maximize business opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to ensure a high level of team engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, product knowledge, and service excellence.
  • Ensure each customer receives a personalized, world-class shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high-value clients.
  • Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment processes.
  • Monitor shrinkage and ensure proper implementation of loss prevention procedures.
  • Submit timely sales, staff, and operations reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, including grooming standards, store hygiene, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the fragrance/Beauty industry, with at least 3 years in a store management role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for fragrances and understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Experience with inventory management and controlling costs.
  • Knowledge of fragrance products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
