Job Responsibilities

Mission

  • Actively participate in the development of the organization and the business in the region by building trusted relationships with all stakeholders externally and internally (in Dubai HQ and with other boutiques).
  • Use your understanding of our brand positioning and business acumen to drive the teams to deliver sales and provide our guests with unique and memorable experiences.
  • Lead by example with proximity to the teams and clients, and develop team members to ensure structure and accountability.
  • Embrace the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation, adapt with agility in a fast-moving environment, and proactively propose and implement new ways of working aligned with the company’s vision and guidelines.

Main Accountabilities

Business Management

  • Manage the boutique team, client relationships, and business operations to achieve sales objectives and store KPIs.
  • Spend the majority of your time on the shop floor with the sales team and clients.
  • Define action plans based on mystery shopping and Voice of the Client results, and ensure their implementation.
  • Stay informed about competitor analysis and industry movements within the high luxury retail landscape.

Team Management

  • Adopt a coaching approach to guide the sales team in delivering a unique shopping experience.
  • Observe the sales floor and provide structured feedback based on client experience situations.
  • Organize routine coaching and feedback sessions, both on the spot and in monthly meetings.
  • Create and hold inspiring daily briefs that motivate and empower the team.
  • Partner with the Sales Training department to identify developmental needs and create SMART action plans.
  • Ensure team participation in training sessions to develop knowledge on collections, selling techniques, brand stories, and security.
  • Implement localized onboarding plans for new joiners where applicable.

Client Management

  • Proactively recruit new customers, promote events, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Participate in social events with the sales team.
  • Cultivate a culture of long-term relationship building.
  • Nurture client relationships both in-store and outside, following marketing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional CRM teams to implement client retention and growth strategies.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Additional Information

Master of the House

  • Ensure store maintenance, safety, proper functioning, product assortment, visual merchandising, grooming standards, and after-sales service.
  • Manage store stock efficiently according to KPIs and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures (discounts, etc.).
  • Promote a frictionless customer experience across touchpoints, leveraging digital tools and processes.
  • Drive store engagement in omnichannel initiatives and foster a change mindset.

Market Knowledge

  • Understand the environment (city, street, mall, department store).
  • Maintain profound knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities.
