The Role
Operational Responsibilities
  • Manage the store's overall operations and ensure all essential elements are upgraded.
  • Handle cash collection and deposit it into the company's bank account.
  • Manage petty cash, recovery, and preservation of funds.
  • Plan weekly work schedules and assign daily tasks.
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff to review responsibilities.
  • Train and supervise new employees, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory levels, conduct monthly stock audits, and reconcile with the system.
  • Ensure product displays adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Verify the proper functioning of POS and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with display, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Guarantee high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Drive growth and increase remittance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop deep knowledge of brands and eyewear products, including competitors.
  • Lead by example, embodying branding, integrity, and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
  • Reduce inventory loss through effective control measures.
  • Coordinate store displays and ensure readiness for customers, following managerial instructions.
Business Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attain customer loyalty metrics such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Optimize store operational costs.
  • Monitor and control inventory shrinkage.
