The Job
Operational Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of the store and the upgrading of all essential elements.
- Full responsibility for the amounts collected from the store and depositing them in the company bank account.
- Full responsibility for amounts received by the administration, including petty cash, recovery, and preservation.
- Plans the weekly work schedule and allocates daily tasks.
- Holds short daily meetings with employees to discuss roles and responsibilities.
- Trains and supervises new employees, assessing their understanding and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintains full inventory to reduce depletion, conducts monthly inventory, and ensures alignment with the company's system.
- Ensures products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Checks that POS and other equipment are functioning properly.
- Collaborates with display, marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensures high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Proactively handles customer complaints.
- Focuses on increasing remittances and operational growth.
- Gains deep knowledge of brands and eyewear products, including understanding competitors.
- Leads by example, embodying branding, integrity, and discipline.
- Adheres to operational standards and company policies.
- Reduces inventory loss through effective loss prevention.
- Arranges and maintains the display to be customer-ready, following directives from managers.
Business Responsibilities
- Achieves monthly and yearly sales revenue targets.
- Meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Achieves the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to evaluate customer loyalty.
- Optimizes store operational costs.
- Monitors and controls inventory shrinkage.

Workplace Health and Safety
- Ensures the store and pantry are sanitized and cleaned within 24 hours.
- Monitors workplace health and safety risks.
- Ensures all employees are trained to minimize hazards and maintain safety.
- Provides fire safety training to all staff.
- Ensures fire extinguishers are maintained by authorized personnel.
- Maintains accessible emergency contact details in the store.
