Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Stakeholder Manager to join our team!

You will oversee, coordinate, and manage critical operational activities supporting airport airfield infrastructure development and management.

This role emphasizes integrating advanced technologies and ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting smooth operations across airfield domains including noise management, digital twin deployment, airspace design, and infrastructure coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead activities related to noise contour development, ensuring environmental and stakeholder compliance.
• Manage deployment and updates of airport digital twin technology for simulation and planning.
• Oversee the NERA contract, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Coordinate airfield naming changes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage integration projects involving control tower, runways, and apron infrastructure.
• Conduct airspace design reviews and collaborate with authorities and engineering teams.
• Serve as the liaison among operations, regulators, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO, FAA, and local regulations.
• Support operational risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress.
• Lead change management initiatives for infrastructure and operational updates.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Prepare reports on project status, noise contours, digital twin deployments, and key metrics.
• Maintain documentation of changes, approvals, and compliance records.
• Provide briefings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Civil Engineering, Airport Operations, or related field.
• At least 20 years of experience in airport or airfield operations, infrastructure, or project coordination.
• Experience managing complex operational programs with environmental and infrastructure components.
• Certifications such as PMP or ASP are preferred.
• Experience with aviation regulatory bodies and environmental agencies.
• Knowledge of airfield naming conventions and international standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills.
