Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field and position.

Dataflow certification is required.

Holding a Saudi nursing license is a plus.

Fluent in English.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate medical information and provide direct, individualized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients.
  • Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
  • Change dressings, insert catheters, perform tube feedings, and start IVs.
  • Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret and record measurements.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications promptly.
  • Collaborate on discharge planning with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, post-surgery care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records.
  • Follow best nursing practices, standards, and protocols.
  • Assist surgeons and physicians during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments, sterile supplies, and medications.
  • Work with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment for patients.
