Job Title: Staff Nurse (B.Sc. / GNM) Homecare Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Staff Nurses (B.Sc. Nursing / GNM) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in both clinical and homecare settings. Completion of the Saudi Prometric Exam is mandatory prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care and injections.
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in home settings, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
  • Document patient information, care, and response accurately in the medical record.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Visit patients at their homes and provide prescribed nursing care.
  • Monitor patient progress and report concerns to the supervising physician or coordinator.
  • Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and adherence to care plans.
  • Liaise with family members and caregivers to provide patient education and support.
  • Travel between patient homes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
  • Licensing/Certifications:
  • We Prefers promatric pass candidates

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or homecare nursing or staff nurse experience preferred.
  • Language:
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in homecare settings.
  • Adaptability and sensitivity to cultural and religious practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
