Sr Technician II, Quality Control – Based in Dammam, KSA. Reports directly to QC Shift In Charge.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sr Technician II, Quality Control who is responsible for maintaining product quality from Raw Material to Finished Goods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials.
  • Perform quality tests for all product ranges.
  • Communicate deficiencies to the production team and quality manager.
  • Maintain the lab environment appropriate for testing.
  • Inspect finished goods after production at the slitter and before dispatch.
  • Prepare daily stock position of storage rack.
  • Fill out checklists for Film Line, Silo, Slitter, Metalizer, & packing to report any non-conformance.
  • Prepare batch reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for an effective quality system.
  • Carry out different assignments as time to time given by the Manager Quality Assurance.
  • Involve in validation of new raw materials, new machines or new production lines.
  • Follow quality standards, ISO/Quality/Safety procedures, SOPs, guidance and work instructions.
  • Apply, follow and comply with safety procedures and requirements (OHSAS 18001).

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • MSc Chemistry OR BE Chemical OR Plastic Institute
