Senior Electrical Technician

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Electrical Technician, based in KSA, who will report directly to the Electrical Shift Supervisor.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Electrical Technician responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment used in industrial motor controls, chemical feed systems, pump drives, water chillers, and ACs.
2. Perform maintenance, repair, and upgrade of the water supply area's electrical distribution infrastructure.
3. Maintain electrical distribution panels and motor control systems.
4. Troubleshoot problems by gathering and analyzing power quality data.
5. Ensure longer life of equipment and cost savings through detailed troubleshooting down to component levels.
6. Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of control centers, de-energized higher voltage equipment, and motors.
7. Repair and maintain engine generators and work on related control circuit equipment.
8. Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of building circuits and similar equipment.
9. Maintain alarm systems, electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, programmable controls, and similar equipment.
10. Perform carpentry, welding, valve repair, cement, and pipe fitting work as needed.
11. Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts.
12. Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

1. Relevant certification from a recognized institution.
