  • Maintain test-station computers through Windows troubleshooting, software setup, driver installation, network-connectivity support, and peripheral configuration.
  • Provide practical technical guidance to other technicians and users within the assigned scope when required.
Skills
  • Advanced practical knowledge of ECU flashing, manufacturing test activities, electronics troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, test-station computers, software installation, drivers, networks, and peripheral configuration.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, and technical instructions and independently troubleshoot harnesses, connectors, and electrical circuits.
  • Ability to diagnose USB, Ethernet, serial, diagnostic-interface, and flashing-tool communication issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases, builds, testing activities, and issue resolution actions.
  • Strong technical documentation, status reporting, organization, and traceability discipline. Ability to work effectively with manufacturing, engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers across different regions.
