ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are seeking a Technical Advisor for the CEO to provide strategic and operational guidance to our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in pipe manufacturing, ductile iron, water infrastructure, or related industries, who has led operations on the shop floor and in the field—and is now ready to transition into an advisory role to the CEO.
• You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, contributing your industry knowledge and hands-on experience to influence decision-making, assess new technologies, optimize production strategies, and ensure long-term sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and executive board on strategic direction, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
• Provide insights into production optimization, cost management, and large-scale project execution.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, suppliers, and investments to enhance competitiveness.
• Guide on fabrication, machining, and maintenance processes relevant to pipe and infrastructure manufacturing.
• Engage with clients, government bodies, and vendors as a senior advisor representing the company’s interests.
• Mentor leadership teams by sharing best practices in plant operations and project/plant management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced studies or certifications in Project/Plant Management preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing (preferably water pipes, ductile iron, or infrastructure solutions).
• Proven record of advising CEOs or boards on technical and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in factory operations, field execution, and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and advisory capabilities.
