An exciting opportunity is available for Senior Supervisor – Quality Control, based in Dammam, KSA who will report directly to QA/QC & SHE Superintendent.

Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Senior Supervisor, Quality Control who will Plans and supervises the day to day activities of a group of QA/QC staff supporting a specific area of the Tasnee business or an external client group.

Oversees the operation of a team of QA/QC staff, ensuring compliance with Tasnee quality, safety, health and environmental procedures and good laboratory practice. Manages the administration and continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes in line with resource and budgetary constraints.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Oversees the implementation of new techniques and technical equipment to support the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes
• Delivers an efficient testing service and provides troubleshooting support on quality issues to internal/external customers.
• Implements new testing techniques and technical equipment to support the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
• Plans and allocates work to team members to ensure the requirements of testing schedules and quality projects are fully met
• Ensures timely and accurate recording and reporting of testing data, observations and required/recommended actions
• Participates in quality audits and/or complaints management processes; supports resolution of corrective actions from audits
• Interacts with operations staff to determine causes of quality issues and ensure that corrective/preventative actions are taken
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience
• 3 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable with 5 years supervisory experience
