Job Title: Sr. Strategy Specialist (Required Saudi Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Sr. Strategy Specialist to drive strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and enhance organizational performance. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and integrating data-driven insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Supervise and support consulting firms in designing and implementing comprehensive strategic initiatives, including Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), Organizational Development (OD), and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
  • Performance Management & Analytics: Establish and implement a strategy performance system to automate reporting, seamlessly integrating with Power BI for real-time data visualization and analytics.
  • Individual Performance Management System (PMS): Oversee the execution and implementation of an effective PMS to drive employee performance and organizational success.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Contribute to the formulation and execution of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Play a key role in designing and executing BPR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, working closely with subject matter experts and defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Organizational Development (OD): Support the development of OD frameworks, including benchmarking organizational structures and competency frameworks in collaboration with industry-leading consultants.
  • Strategy Reporting Framework: Establish and enhance the strategy reporting framework, ensuring robust governance, monitoring, and communication of strategic outcomes.
  • Committee Representation: Serve as the secretary of the Digital Transformation (DT) Committee, facilitating discussions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic digital initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Min 3+ Years of Proven experience in strategic planning, performance management, and business process optimization.
  • Strong expertise in integrating strategy execution with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Organizational Development and Business Process Reengineering initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with consulting firms for strategy development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., OKRs, BSC, Agile).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Big4 consulting firms or leading OD/BPR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital transformation trends and their impact on strategy execution.
