Job Schedule: 5/8: Employees work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Job Description:

Responsible for technical support for the L3Harris Kingdom of Saudi Arabia end customers and will include installation services, tactical radio system operation and maintenance, on-the-job training (operations/maintenance), site survey, technical troubleshooting of radio systems, IP network troubleshooting, software upgrades of existing systems and repairs of tactical radios.

The position strives to guarantee customer satisfaction with the primary goal of effectively delivering technical services and support to our end users.

Essential Functions:

• Using basic and advanced voice and data RF communication techniques in the operation of military radio systems
• Configure customer network devices and integrate peripherals using required protocols to customer Concept of Operations (CONOP).
• Install, perform checks, operate, repair and maintain assigned equipment at customer installation(s)
• Provide L3Harris product training and on the job training at customer installation(s)
• Interpret and follow moderately complex sketches, schematics, drawings, charts, graphs, block and wiring diagrams of assigned equipment.
• Participate in field upgrades, demonstrations and deployments
• Maintain close and professional liaison with customer personnel to provide technical information, advice and services as required.
• Communicates system capabilities to customers and creates detailed written reports of outcomes and actions, where necessary.
• Troubleshooting/Testing at a radio system level
• Present technical solutions to internal and external customers
• Provide technical translation (English to Arabic) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia end users/customers.
• Candidate should be willing to travel to various customer locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the L3Harris locations in the United States for supporting contractual milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
