Tasks & Responsibilities:
  1. Present compelling value propositions, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless handover of closed accounts to the implementation sales team;
  2. Customize pitches to address specific client needs and pain points, effectively communicating value propositions;
  3. Implement effective closing strategies to secure high-stakes deals and achieve or exceed sales targets;
  4. Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities;
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine techniques;
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts;
  7. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management;
  8. Track and interpret key performance indicators to drive improvement;
  9. Perform any other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant sales & SaaS experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market, including industry trends and cultural nuances;
  • Eagerness to learn and develop;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges;
  • Customer-centric approach.

Bonus points for international experience and prior work in fast-growing SaaS startups.
