Job Description

• Achieving targets/Goals as per the commitments
• Taking quantities from the tender drawings for the BOQ
• Estimation of the BMS project as per the tender drawings
• Travelling to visit potential clients/contractors/consultants
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients/contractors that a system or service will best satisfy their needs
• Pricing of the client/contractor’s quotations
• Negotiating tender and contract terms
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
• Offering after-sales support services
• Administering client/contractor accounts
• Analysing costs and sales
• Preparing forecast reports for management
• Recording and maintaining client/contractor/consultant contact data
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a system will meet client needs
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• Solving client/end-user problems
• Helping in the design of custom-made products
• Experience in project execution
• Experience in BMS testing and commissioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

BE/B-Tech – Electrical / Electronics, with similar experience, especially in BMS Sales.

GCC Driving License.

Experience in the KSA market is an added advantage.
