Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.
• Manage project scope, budget, cost, quality, and stakeholders to optimise resource utilisation and meet financial and delivery goals without compromising standards.
• Develop and maintain project charters, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee project execution across all milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate project activities for seamless execution.
• Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure project outcomes meet client requirements and organisational benchmarks.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive planning and continuous monitoring.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in network deployment, implementation, and operations management.
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, and handover of network systems.
• Strong track record of ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in management, reporting, and presentation to senior stakeholders
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
• PMP certification is a plus and will be considered an added advantage
