Responsibilities
  • Manage General manger and Leadership team calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinates local and international meetings; arranges travel, meeting arrangements, visitor accommodations
  • Organizes meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
  • Prepares agendas, takes and completes committee meeting minutes; coordinates distribution and follows up on action items
  • Handle internal communications from GM, prioritize and disseminate information appropriately
  • Manages department operations: filing, develops databases, tracks budgets, etc.
  • Coordinates functional processes such as invoicing and payments for executives.
  • Participates in department project teams and coordinate with all stakeholders.
  • Supports project leaders by managing project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation for GM

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support. 3 years' experience in a similar job in a big company
  • Degree in Life sciences or related field or business administration or comparable education
  • Experience using MS Office tools
  • Work very accurately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
