Sr Project delivery Manager_Health insurance

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Project Delivery Manager to lead complex enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Agile program delivery, cloud transformation, DevOps enablement, and system integration—specifically within the health insurance sector. You will be a strategic executor who can align cross-functional teams to business goals and drive delivery excellence across technology and business landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs involving cloud transformation, Agile delivery, DevOps implementation, and systems integration (ERP, EHR, APIs, Middleware).
• Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery across hybrid teams (PI Planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, etc.).
• Ensure end-to-end alignment between infrastructure, architecture, product, and security stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and multi-workstream timelines with precision.
• Serve as a central coordination hub between DevOps, cloud architects, business leads, and external vendors.
• Support DevOps and Agile enablement practices including CI/CD, IaC, and release automation.
• Monitor KPIs/OKRs to evaluate project health, delivery impact, and business value realization.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile and DevOps best practices and provide mentorship to junior project leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in delivering enterprise digital projects, with at least 3 years in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience managing cloud and DevOps transformation projects (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in Agile and hybrid environments across distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of systems integration involving healthcare platforms (EHRs, ERPs, APIs).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/ARM), and automation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and leading program governance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Agile Scrum Master, AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner)
