The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for project execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will manage complex phases of large projects, playing a key role in the business unit and project delivery with significant impact on successful project outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Develop and oversee project plans and schedules.
  • Manage the contract change process as needed.
  • Coordinate project implementation plans.
  • Ensure projects are properly tested, approved, and documented.
  • Set project strategies based on business priorities.
  • Lead and coach assigned project team members.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, priorities, and resources.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in software implementation and services.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience with highly technical and complex projects.
  • Experience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft Project.
  • International project management experience and understanding of diverse cultures and business practices.
  • Experience in electrical utility industry and/or automation/SCADA projects is preferred.
  • An engineering degree and experience supporting electrical utilities are preferred.

The salary range for this role is $81,800 - $102,300, reflecting the estimated base pay at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on factors and may be adjusted in the future. The role is eligible for bonuses and incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback days, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement plans for eligible employees.
