Sr Planning Engineer - MEP - AlFuttaim Engineering - Mecca- KSA

Our MEP Projects division provides solutions from design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning in one coordinated package or as individual services in conjunction with other contractors. Some of our projects include residential buildings, offices, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, schools, showrooms, public utility buildings, industrial units, mosques, warehouses, high-rise towers, and infrastructure works.

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will initiate the project work by controlling and monitoring activities according to the project plan generated, and closing the project after completion as per contractual requirements.

The duties of the Senior Planning Engineer will include:

1. Create master schedule for the execution of the project
2. Prepare schedule plans to manage mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) work of project
3. Plan for resource deployment and cash flow to be made available during the project's entire execution phase
4. Provide consultation to project design team regarding the prioritization of MEP jobs
5. Coordinate with consultants for the submission and approvals of shop drawings and material submittals

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

1. As per the requirement of the Holy City of Mecca, KSA only Muslim Applicants will be considered for this role
2. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
3. 10 Years of experience in MEP Projects
4. 5 Plus years of experience in large Scale Projects such as hotel or airport projects
5. Experience in the GCC / Gulf construction market is a must
