Sr. Offshore construction Engineer (hook-up)

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise offshore hook-up activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of offshore works.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, and report daily/weekly updates to project management.
• Ensure all offshore construction works comply with HSE regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and offshore personnel during hook-up operations.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning support as needed.
• Assist in the development of work packs and method statements for hook-up activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven offshore experience in hook-up activities.
• Strong understanding of offshore construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work in both UAE and KSA locations.
