Sr. Manager Program Risk Management

1. Adopt and implement AlFursan Risk Management & Compliance policies, guidelines, and processes devised by the Holding in line with set Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategy, policies, and processes.
2. Design an ERM and Compliance ecosystem within AlFursan by focusing on processes (Risk management at every stage/ level) and people (Risk Officers/ Champions) to ensure risks are managed E2E promptly.
3. Identify, assess, treat, and report on risks per the standard set by Holding and the risk appetite to ensure that risks are mitigated.
4. Identify and deliver required training for employees and determine the required headcount/systems needed to operate the Risk & Compliance Management function at AlFursan level as necessary to ensure a risk-sensitive and compliance-sensitive/ responsive culture.
5. Identify, treat, and report on chronic weakness (i.e., risks) continuously in order to protect AlFursan and mitigate potential risks as needed.
6. Develop a compliance universe of all obligations that AlFursan needs to comply with (i.e., external laws and regulations, supplier T&Cs and internal P&Ps) and risk-assess each obligation according to impact.
7. Provide assurance/ transparency the adequacy & effectiveness of AlFursan ERM.
8. Participate fully/openly in annual Risk Maturity Assessment as commissioned by Holding and agree on improvement plans to be implemented.
9. Monitor AlFursan compliance with local and international regulations, laws, and standards, report on deviations, non-compliances, or misconduct and implement corrective/preventative measures as needed to preserve the SBU's integrity.
10. Participate fully/ openly in annual maturity assessment as commissioned by Holding.
11. Monitor adequacy of adherence to compliance obligations on a continuous basis and improve, as required.
12. Assess adequacy of violation management (identification of cause & timely/ sustainable remediation).
13. Monitor adherence to ERM methodology (incl. the quality of risk content/ control assertions and speed of remediation) and improve, as required.

• Education Requirements :

1- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or any related discipline is required; and

2- Advanced English language proficiency is required.

• Experience Requirements :

1- Minimum of eleven years work experience with at least five of which are in a relevant function and four in a leadership role.
