As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Logistics Director at Trojena. This position involves a wide variety of administrative and executive tasks.

He should be responsible for all production operations, leading the production team according to their tasks. He should be able to decrease production waste and find alternative ways to improve efficiency.

Job Overview: The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food control and staff training. The Executive Sous Chef ensures that all culinary standards are met.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations and assisting the Executive Chef or Head Chef in managing kitchen equipment.

Team Leadership & Development: You will lead, supervise, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and kitchen assistants. You will motivate the team to communicate reordering needs to the manager and ensure all products are stored properly.

Additionally, you will assist with budgeting and communicate discrepancies to the Outlet Manager or Area Manager.

In your role, you will lead the team to ensure contract compliance, including Fees, Security Fees, and IRS Payments. You will also prepare logistics performance reports for senior management review and make recommendations for improvement.

Lastly, you will supervise the Stewarding Team, leading, training, and supervising them in their duties.
