1. Responsible for managing key Local E-commerce accounts for SPL products and services.
2. Resolve customer queries and support the development of sales strategies.
3. Implement the Local E-Commerce plan to access e-commerce markets and ensure execution of approved plans.
4. Review all e-commerce customer accounts to ensure customer visits and meetings are completed, and sales teams understand their accounts' plans and visits.
5. Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly and effectively in coordination with other SPL departments; report complaints about products and services to relevant departments.
6. Conduct market analysis in coordination with the marketing department, focusing on trends, customer preferences, competition, and political/economic factors; report findings to leadership.
