Responsibilities:

System Management and Maintenance:
  1. Administering and maintaining the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to HR staff and employees.
  3. Managing system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
  4. Ensuring system security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Generating reports and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
  2. Developing and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards.
  3. Using data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
System Implementation and Optimization:
  1. Participating in HRIS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and training.
  2. Identifying opportunities to optimize HRIS functionality and improve efficiency.
  3. Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
Training and Support:
  1. Providing training to HR staff and employees on how to use the HRIS.
  2. Creating user guides and documentation.
  3. Providing ongoing support and resolving user inquiries.
Process Improvement:
  1. Developing and documenting HRIS business process workflows.
  2. Working to improve HR processes by the HRIS system.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
