Job Description

• Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward.
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Stay current with business needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, providing necessary guidance to testers during the QA process when needed.
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
• Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines especially for Business Analysis Stage.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Waterfall and Agile software development environments.
• Experience in Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking), Core Banking applications (T24), Accounting Cycle, Payment Systems, Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs, etc.), Integration systems, Reporting modules.
