Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward.
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Stay current with business needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, providing necessary guidance to testers during the QA process when needed.
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines especially for Business Analysis Stage.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience working in Waterfall and Agile software development environments.
Experience in Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking), Core Banking applications (T24), Accounting Cycle, Payment Systems, Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs, etc.), Integration systems, Reporting modules.
